离心泵在使用过程中常见故障一般有，轴承噪音大轴承发热：（轴承老化，润滑油太脏、更换轴承和润滑油）  

Centrifugalpumpintheuseofcommonfaults,bearingnoiselargebearingheating:(bearingaging,lubricatingoiltoodirty,changingbearingsandlubricants).  

上量不稳定：叶轮口环间隙过大、（更换口环）叶轮流道堵塞、（清理流道杂质）泵抽空、（检查液位、重新灌泵排气）吸入管线堵塞或漏气、（检查吸入管线）介质温度过高气化（降温冷却后重新排气灌泵）。  

Thevolumeisunstable:theclearanceoftheringoftheturretistoolarge,theflowpassageoftheimpellerisblocked,thepumpispumpedout,(checkthelevel,theexhaustofthepump),thepipeisblockedorleaked,andthetemperatureofthemediumistoohigh.  

扬程低：转速过低（检查恢复）叶轮流道堵塞（清理流道）泵发生气蚀（检查排除）  

Lowlift:lowspeed(checkandrecovery)cloggingofimpellerrunner(cleaningchannel)cavitationerosion(checkout)  

泵体振动过大：泵发生气蚀抽空（排除）轴承老化（更换）联轴器对中不良（重新校正）地脚螺栓或各连接螺栓有松动（检查拧紧）

Pump body vibration too large: pump cavitation and evacuation (removal) bearing aging (replacement) shaft coupling for bad (rectified) anchor bolts or joint bolts loosening (check tightening)
